Of course it won’t pass but with concrete evidence Biden is senile we can’t let this story get buried. We need hearing and non stop coverage to let voters know what Biden’s own DOJ has stated.

There's quite the obstacle for doing this:
It don't take the text of the 25th to mean that Section 4 can be initiated by Congress.
ETA: Any downvoters want to actually weigh in on the issue?
quote:
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department [sic][note 2][7] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

They should.
If they don't do it now, they never will. It couldn't be a more important time to reign in his mental inadequacies.
That way we can deal with Kamala's.

Republicans in office dont want to be in charge. Its as easy as that.

What would change?
All this does is confirm what we all already knew: Joe is a face. He isn’t running shite.

As bad as Kamala will be she needs to take over this circus.
Keeping Biden in office will just invite more aggressive action by our adversaries .
It's completely out in the open now and can't be denied. The survival of the country depends on them acting quickly.

This is a win no matter what the Republicans do. The Democrats are already pushing snippets of an interview Biden did around the time of the special council talks.
The more they try to defend him on this, the more everyone is talking about his senility.

Why?
Let Biden continue to Biden.
Let Biden continue to Biden.

It won’t be buried. This was a planned step behind the strategy to take Biden off the ticket.

Are you the same RaulDuke that used to post on the STL today website?

I don’t think you understand how the 25th works.
Besides, we want Biden as the candidate.

Can you imagine the clown show if Kamala becomes the acting president.

This is the play to get him out. The dems need a replacement and this is their easy way out. Let the dems handle their own F up and remove him themselves.
This is the 1st piece to fall to start the transition to a better candidate.

No, leave him in. Let him re-run. If we can't beat him, we certainly can't beat anyone else (except maybe kamela) with half a brain.

No. That could give the Dems a lifeline and some agree to remove Biden and then they’ll replace him with someone more electable in November all while pointing to Bipartisanship and blaming Biden rather than leftist policies on the shape of this country

Why would they try to take out the only person that don would have any chance against?
Are you some sort of uniparty scum
