It was so ridiculous.
But I loved it. I'll watch any Jason Statham or Liam Neeson movie.

Fantasy fulfillment at its best. Not great technically, but damn enjoyable.

The one man wrecking crew was a bit over the top, but isn't that what we used to love about Sly & Arnold in the 80s?

After I kind of figured out it is what it is - it became more entertaining LOL

Jason Wick.
John Statham.
Something like that.

I still want to say that….
But once upon a time I said the same thing about van Damme, Seagal, Bruce Willis, Mel Gibson and a few others.

Is it really any worse than Wick 2,3,4 ? I mean Wick would have had 3 times the body count in a scene. All bee Keeper needed was a blind guy that was a sniper as a side kick.

I needed to kill some time so I saw it yesterday... I knew nothing about it other than Statham and what I assumed was a brainless action flick.. I thought it started okay for what it was... but it got pretty fricking bad... that last part at the presidents house was all sorts of ridiculous...

This is sonic knuckle check worthy. This movie was highly entertaining.
If you didn't think that this movie was going to be fantasy from the beginning, then that's on you.
ETA: I swear some of you expect a Statham movie to be Shawhank-esque.

I counted 8 times that he could have easily been shot and killed but he came out alive
Totally mindless action but I enjoyed it

Bump, since it's now free on Amazon Prime.
Move makes better sense if you've been drinking.

100%. OP is an idiot of the highest order.
Bee Keeper was a lot of fun and the comparison to Ahnold/Stallone 80’s action films was spot on.

First there was John Wick, now there's John Wax. Get it? As in beeswax. Clearly your cynical eyes don't deserve to watch the greatness of a Jason Statham movie anyway.

Saw it months ago and enjoyed it. Watched it again last night and enjoyed it once more. If you didn’t like this movie then you probably should be tested for something.

Can anyone who watched it, tell me how the bee keeping book survived the explosion and fire at the gas station, to then be found laying on the seat of a burned car by the smart black lady FBI agent

I thought it was terrible, personally.
