Is Ole Miss this season going to be our hardest game to win?

USC, Bama and Ole Miss looks to be our most challenging opponents. Bamba usually had the number one spot but with the changes there not so sure. USC because we have a history of dropping the opener against talented teams. I think Ole Miss is the biggest challenge because they have acquired so much talent through the portal. I guess the question is can Lane get them all playing together and buy in on the program.

It's hard to tell, but yeah probably. USC, Ole Miss, Bama will all be extremely tough games imo.

I think LSU will be favored in every game this year. Early lines have us favored against Bama and USC.

We get Ole Miss at home and Oklahoma at home. Florida has had a losing record the last 3 seasons. A&M on the road is as much a toss up as any other game on the schedule.

I can’t stress this enough, LSU is going to be off the weekend before Ole Miss while they are in Columbia playing South Carolina. Then they get to hit the road again to come to tiger stadium. It’s always been tough to win 2 SEC road games in a row. It really can’t set up better for us in that regard plus the off week. And we have revenge on the mind. Should be a great game.

I have a feeling Ole Miss will crash and burn next year.

I don’t think Lane will handle the pressure of being a front runner next year and will make stupid in game decisions that const a couple of games.

They won’t be terrible, but think they finish 9-3 which is bad considering they are going all in for next year.

All of this. Happened to us this season with Ole Miss and Mizzou back to back. We’ll have to do it this year with Arky and A$M.

I feel like people are giving Dart too much credit. He had 23 TD passes to five INTs in 2023. He threw for over 3k, but that puts him at 21st in passing.

Him and his WR looked pretty damn on point vs Penn St…better than I saw them do all year. They will be a problem, but if they do cave…it will definitely be due to Lanes dumbass decisions lol. Which is a real possibility too.

That’s pretty good for a returning player

They absolutely will be.

Bama and aTm are rebuilds. USC was 5-4 in the PAC-12 with Caleb, UCLA was 4-5. We play three legacy SEC East teams - the bottom 3 from 2023. LSU’s schedule is very favorable.

No.

It cracks me up how some of y’all think Kiffin is some unbeatable coach now.

The guy sneaks out of Knoxville in the middle of the night to take a job at USCw. The populace finds out and sets fire to couches in the streets. He stinks it up at USCw and gets fired at the airport. Stunk it up in the NFL but because he beat LSU last year and has been successful in the portal even though none of those players have played a game at Ole Miss yet under his coaching, he’s untouchable now.

I’ve seen this movie before. Remember Jimbo?

I’ll admit, he’s good as an OC. As a head coach, eh.

A blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.
