Echo dot and the podcast called “ Relaxing white noise “. There are a hundred or more to choose from with no commercial breaks about nine hours long.

Download sleep machine app on your phone and use Bluetooth from phone to connect to echo dot.

Just get a Google mini speaker with no monthly cost. And when you’re in your room and have a random question it can help you out. That’s about all I use mine for.

“Echo - play ‘Brown Noise.’” The free app is just fine - it loops like every 90 minutes, but the loop is a fade out followed by a gradual ramp back up.

We use “play white noise”. It’s free and I’ve never had an issue with it playing.

Alexa, play fireplace sounds. Sometimes it screws up and I’ll ask it for Fireplace music.
