All of this is being played out in court, right? So there should be a verified, public record of any and all claims?

As I understand it, the accusation is that she hired a prosecutor she was banging, and that she hired him as a quid-pro-quo deal.
If that's true/verified, the case will get thrown out of Fulton County, or should get thrown out, right?
If this is proven true, the case will be dismissed and she should face immediate punishment in the form of dismissal/impeachment/whatever penalty a DA faces.

A DA of any case should never appear to have a conflict of interest. I wouldn't be surprised if the case is dismissed / disqualified in Fulton County if this stuff pans out.
