You obviously know everything. Just like you knew there was no way FSU was being left out. You're infallible and I don't know why any would dare question your expertise on everything

You're right sfp, no one ever been charged for multiple crimes when one of them carries a possible life sentence
Filing an indictment for a minor felony (this is probably a 5-year max penalty but could be as low as 2) 6 months after the original indictment is not exactly normal. Especially for a concurrent crime.

The original testimony by far is the only flaming piece of evidence we know of. Could the DA be holding something back? I guess, but tell me why would he be doing that?
I am only speaking to what WE KNOW. And what we know, the original testimony is the only damning piece of evidence that leads to rape

Doesn't really address the issue, but you knew that.

You are in here arguing with an attorney while talking down to others giving opinions for not being in the profession
It’s awesome to see

If you know anything about drinking and young men you knew this was what was happening.
You cant consent under the influence of alcohol. They raped her.

You bring up a point I was wondering about. Is the only reason the DA is releasing stuff is because the defense is going on TV with all kinds of other stuff?
You don't really see cases in the media where you are getting tidbits leading up to the trial.
Not addressing you directly.

You speak as if what you say is fact. That is why I "talk down" to you by simply asking how much expertise you have.

To me it seems it wasn’t “rape” or forceful rape. It was a girl highly intoxicated and being taken advantage of while being filmed.
that is rape.
an intoxicated person cannot give consent.

I’m sure she is. But it sure seems like the DA is doing anything it can to get Carver to flip. Without him and his previous testimony they don’t have much
What are you talking about? They have signed confessions
