This rule was put in place by LSU people in Baton Rouge. You see, USL at the time wanted to be called "Louisiana" and Baton Rouge rejected it...because I mean what other state has a school called after the state and then a state school? Crazy frickers from Lafayette. Anyway, so USL accepted this bull shite agreement from the brass at LSU all along knowing they would not follow this absurd shite from the get-go.
Hence the UL system of schools was created in an effort by Baton Rouge and LSU to prevent any school from calling itself "Louisiana"....well that went well for them, and now all the butt hurt LSU fans call Louisiana, USL, to show just how butt hurt they really are about the whole situation.

Well we played Minnesota last year and our talented rookie QB's mom started shopping him around to Big 10 teams right after it..
Maybe the lesser exposure of an ACC game will help keep a player or two here for an extra year

I bet Wake is offering a home and home and with the new renovations being done to the Swamp, it’s a perfect opportunity to show off the new stadium on national TV against a P5 opponent.
