Coach’s agents have absolutely removed the testicles of ADs all over the country.

At the end of the day, they still donate to write off taxes. I’m sure Kim Mulkey and Jay Johnson are pissed because this takes away money that could go towards facilities improvements.

WBB loses about that much every year and doesn’t have to fire coaches to do it.

True, but I look at our neighbors to the West and laugh!

Will we ever see a worse financial situation disaster than Jimbo and the Aggies?

They really need to stop putting these guarantees in contracts when there is poor performance.

I’d be embarrassed if I were House

That's fine, but if someone who makes $10 million a year came asking me for millions of dollars because he fricked up, I'd still be pissed.

Great. Now let's have a bunch of guys who aren't going to spend this money get outraged by how much it is.

Really wish LSU would quit offering extensions and buyouts unless they’re 100% warranted
wouldnt be able to hire good coaches if you dont offer buyouts

I'm not personally paying it, so it's whatever to me. But it's ok for fans to realize that it is money that could be used elsewhere, but now won't be able to. Whether it's a 5 star recruit or chairbacks in Alex Box, that's now $5.5 million down the drain

I fricking dream of being this bad at my job and receiving that much money. Disgusting.
All pale in comparison to what "Shrimpy" got.

2019 NC was Burrow, Brady and Aranda dominated with secondary accolades to Ensminger and Busch.

Shrimpy was fine prancing up and down the sidelines clapping his hands and trying to stay out of the way. (Which satisfied the Luzianner Lifer/One of Us contingent)

A placing firm exec said before the season that LSU’s defensive staff was in the bottom 5% for all of college football.

This is a non-issue at this time; let's talk about the new coaches when Kelly (and no one else) hires them.

They really should hire that guy to help with the defensive hires.

He has so much data. I know he helped Tulane hire their staff.

They grade each coach over a certain number of years. So you won't get caught with a 1 yr wonder like Doug belk.

Only way it affects me is I may be eating a little smaller Raising Cane’s chicken fingers in 2024.
