Well there it is.

John Parry just said that’s wrong. He basically said the referee didn’t recognize that Decker was reporting as eligible.

What does that even mean?

If it was discussed before the game that only 1 could report why did both report?

The ref fricking nodded, then went to Dallas defense and signaled who was eligible. The ref looked right fricking at him. Parry is trying to bail the ref out.

He also just said the ref was looking at 70 while video rolled of the ref looking at 68 with 70 still 10 feet away.

Dan Skipper said he did not report as eligible to the officials on the 2pt play that got called back. Decker said he reported.

One reports as an eligible receiver and the other reports as the 5th OL taking his place.

Felt like he was almost victim shaming the player towards the end of that.

NFL's officiating crisis is exactly that. It's beyond ridiculous and, frankly, this looks scandalous. Need more transparency and accountability and a far greater investment in officiating in terms of people and resources

Dan Campbell just said, "70 reported; 68 didn't...only one can report...we went over this before the game. i don't want to talk about it."

That’s not what he said at all.

Especially since Campbell went over what they were going to do with the refs pre-game if that play was run.

I don't know why y'all keep watching this dumb manufactured shite. How many "whoopsie haha we blew that one!" calls do y'all have to see before you finally give it up?

No, the guy that caught the pass did not have a WR outside of him on the line of scrimmage so the formation was legal.

Didn't we learn a few years ago the NFL is rigged?

Ok thanks. I just heard them discuss it from the booth that there were multiple infractions from that formation.

@Nate_Tice

I am going to guess: Decker declares as eligible here, Sewell and Skipper as ineligible. Which is why all 3 communicate with the official.

Lions are essentially shifting the OL, with Decker as a new TE. Sewell and Skipper as new right side of OL.

Ref crew just gets confused.
