@danorlovsky7

Why would Decker walk up to official and not report?

I guess maybe he didn’t but odd to walk there and not no?

This seems real sketchy.

Based on the angles of the players and refs; he clearly didn’t hear him.

It looked like he didn’t get the refs attention and therefore did not properly check in. I think it’s bullshite but that’s probably how the Official saw it

No way he didn’t tell Allen he was reporting as eligible. What other possible reason would he have for walking over to the ref? Bad, bad look for the NFL.

Wouldn’t the formation still have been illegal if he went out for a pass? Pretty sure he was lined up in the tackle position.

There’s no way he didn’t get the refs attention. He was looking right at him. 70 was the one that ran in late. 68 was clearly talking to the ref

It looked like his teammate got between him and the ref. May have caused some confusion.

Ref ran off pretty quickly and missed it.

As long as he wasn’t covered up, it doesn’t matter how many spots away from the ball he’s lined up. Angle I saw looked like the wr was off the line so formation on that side would have been good.

ESPN just showed another angle. Jared Goff literally sends Taylor Decker and tells him to report as eligible. I mean…. Wow.

There was only one receiver on that side and he was off the ball. Since there was no receiver covering him then he was eligible to go out for a pass, if he reported.

It looks like the ref walked away and didn't want to be told

The ref looked right at him and said alright before running off to tell the other refs. He didn't miss shite.

Allen allowed on repeated plays throughout a Panthers Saints game for 12 men to be in the huddle.

Payton complained all game but Allen did nothing. Other controversial calls and no calls impacted that game.
