bring in McKinsey or somebody to tell them how to run an athletic department. We are getting smoked by other schools in infrastructure, gameday experience, etc

But he’s putting LED lights, cmon man. So now you can have an epileptic seizure to go with your dysentery from the concessions.

with NIL and how LSU is handling gameday experience, mens basketball, facility management. I'm just about out. Sure I will watch on tv when I can but my scheduling around lsu will cease.

I'll spend my money on concerts, comedy shows, and a really nice patio and not give a frick any longer cause LSU isn't asking me too

LSU is less about real substance and more about social media game being on point. Been that way for several years now.

You are right, but since this is an LSU website you’ll get downvoted because the truth hurts.

Downvote away.

McKinsey is the most worthless business consulting firm IMHO.

Try another firm with real experience in long-range infrastructure planning.

I’ll help them save some money. McKinsey would say spend a whole shite load of money and that will solve your problems. Oh and coordinate with the city to improve traffic.

Am I the only fan that goes to games to actually watch an athletic competition?

Seems like the AD is doing a pretty decent job...

Priority #1 was to stabilize LSU football before the expansion, so that we're not caught out in the cold when things get shuffled (see: Tennessee after the Mizzou/A&M expansion, Auburn now, etc). We've done that.

Priority #2 was to get the NCAA off our arse, so we bit the bullet and canned Wade. I get it, people are pissed, but it's back to business as usual now for the dept, with men's basketball taking the fall.

Priority #3, develop a system and get good coaches and players in, to contend for national championships.
We've now done that for baseball and women's basketball, which I would argue is 2 of the top 4 programs here. The template is in place to implement it in other programs, it's now a matter of financial commitment.

In the last 9 months, LSU has:

--won an NC in Women's basketball
--won the CWS
--had a player win the Heisman Trophy
--had a player win the Golden Spikes
--had a player go #1 overall in the MLB draft
--had a player go #2 overall in the MLB draft

But yeah, Woody needs somebody to come in and tell him how to run an athletic department.

Bring in over paid college grad dorks that wouldn’t know a fun football atmosphere if it hit them
In the face. Great idea. You should hire a consultant to advise from further bad decisions like this thread

Yeah in the last 12 1/2 months an SECw title, a WBB title and a CWS championship.

The athletic department sure is in shambles.
