I think these cold/sinus viruses have been getting worse the past few years.

I have never experienced anything like this. I think they call this "the Crud", but the doctors really never give it a formal name.
Sinus pressure, fever for a few days and sinus congestion.
But the worst is this choking mucus that comes down the back of your throat that constantly makes you gag and throw up.
I've been on two rounds of antibiotics because they thought it went bacterial...but this hasnt done much.
Coincidentally this has been bad the past two years with kids in daycare but I dont remember getting sick like this as a kid and through my adult years.
38 now and I feel like this crap is trying to kill me. I'm on week 5 of this crap.

Vitamin C and a multi vitamin
When I do get a sniffly I just down DayQuil or nuquil for a few days and then back to normal well at least my normal loll

Daycare messing you up too huh? I got a cold my kid, probably from daycare, then 5 days later caught COVID, now here I am 10 days in and still feeling like arse. Go to urgent care and get a couple steroid shots and maybe some cough medicine and some Sudafed for after.

You’re getting older, and you’re probably not as in good of physical shape as you were when you are younger. Those kind of things matter more than people realize.

They are miracle workers.
I always use it after I get done cutting my grass. It flushes all of the dirt and dust out of your sinus cavity and keeps me from getting a sinus infection.

I really suspect that we’ll get pretty controvertible evidence over the next decade that the vaccines are doing a number on our immune systems.
There has unquestionably been a significant increase in the frequency and severity of sickness this year. The only question is what’s causing it.
