I understand basketball is the most popular sport in most of these cities. Probably unrelated, I’m sure…

Had to go up there recently. ITP Atlanta isn’t Georgia. It’s its own island.

St. Louis is 60 sq mis. of maybe 280,000 people.

The only reason to go there is a sporting event, a concert or some great restaurants.

St. Louis County is great.

The St. Louis MSA is close to 10X the number of people of St. Louis city. There’s been numerous attempts to merge the city and county. But no one wants to replicate Baton Rouge on the Missouri River.

The 10 States With The Largest Percentage Of African American Population In The United States For 2023
1. Mississippi
2. Louisiana
3. Georgia
4. Maryland
5. Alabama
6. South Carolina
7. Delaware
8. North Carolina
9. Virginia
10. Tennessee

Except Louisiana and Georgia none of the other states has one of the top 15 murder cities. But I think all of the 15 cities are predominantly black even if their state is predominantly white.

Well most major cities are democrat controlled

It's not like there is a big list of Republican controlled cities to compare this list to

So the moral of this story is, Democrats are morons and keep blindy voting for failure generationally. That is what you call some serious monolithic thinking.

Possibly the most accurate self-own ever posted on tPT.

Not sure about that.

OP didn’t link his source so it’s hard to know what the data is from.

And if you look at murder rates by state, you will see an unfortunate correlation between your list and the states with the highest murder rates.

Missouri, outside st Louis (amd maybe KC inner city) is actually really nice amd also very red. They are top 3 states to fight the progressive communists behind Florida amd Tennessee.

OK, so how about a list of the 10 highest population R cities, and the 10 largest D cities, and compare per capita murder rates?

Or, if that's not enough, match them up by population. Maybe take ranges and averages to avoid cherry picking out of the group. Like all cities >150K and <200K, >200K and <300K, etc, sort by D/R, then average the murder rates.

They're voting for that freebie paid for with your money.
