Don’t try to reinvent the wheel, mac-n-cheese is perfect, leave it alone.

Crispy prosciutto.

Go buy a $10 pack at costco and put in a pan for abouy 2-3 min per side. It will be crispy once it cools.

I'm making a pulled pork mac n cheese for work on Thursday. Going to layer it than to top it off with panko, bacon and more pulled pork. Throw it in the smoker for an hour or so.

Fox Brothers in ATL has a side called Fox-a-Roni which is Mac and Cheese with Brunswick Stew folded in. Another take on that would be using chili instead.

A regular staple of mine from jr high through college was simply a box of Kraft Mac N Cheese with a lb of ground beef and loaded with Tony’s.

Ham, with crumbled up cooked bacon. Also, use different types of cheese than you normally do. Get 6 different types of cheese, plus ham cubes and the cooked bacon, mix it all together and bake it like you’re normal Mac and Cheese and you will be good to go.
