I recently bought a big blackstone to satisfy my twice weekly hibachi fix and I am hooked on the damn thing. I bought the branded set of spatulas and such for it but my problem is that every time I press down with a spatula more than a little bit, the spatulas bend all out of shape, basically, they are flimsy as all hell. Anyone pick up any good quality stainless tools that can drop a rec? It would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, a restaurant supply store is your answer. Go by one and see what they have.

Interesting that the Blackstone fixes your craving for hibachi.

I bought one for the same reason and could not get the same results as real hibachi due to Blackstone being a griddle and most hibachi places using stainless to cook on.

Toadfish spatula is absolutely awesome. Never thought a $28 spatula was worth the money, but I was wrong.

Also if you are making smash burgers, I use a cheap can of soup or veggies to push down on the top of the spatula.

Go to restaurant supply and buy what the pros use. You will find several to choose from there at a pretty good price for what you are buying.

Mine have lasted forever. Ok, only 45 years, but that is forever for some of you young whippersnappers.

X2 on Marlin. The local supermarket/hdware store sells them and they are good quality.
