If he's 284 he's about 20lbs away imo. I'm not going to pretend to know how a player can diet during the reg season to get there, but 284 ain't cutting it

If he’s 284, he’s only 6’4”. And even if he was, I’m not even sure 265 is sustainable long-term. I’ve been saying for years—and I’m not the only one—but his weight is more important than his body fat. It’s weird, but he needs to lose muscle, especially upper body/arms. Nice to be strong, but there’s a point of diminishing returns, and he’s way past that.

This is a pipe dream- I’ve never seen him look like this in a pelicans uniform. I’m just asking for the guy last year before he hurt his hamstring. In a year, it’s shocking that guy has completely disappeared.

At 6’4-6’6 and 300+ lbs I am shocked he can play more than 5 minutes of NBA basketball. I am not sure why he hasn’t gone all Kevin Love and slimmed down.
