Beyond doctors, some lawyers, and IT in California, who else is earning this much?

Most sales jobs once connected...that's the hard part.

Financial advisors. Insurance agents, particularly the Farm Bureau or State Farm types.

Finance bros in NY and software engineers about 10-15 years+ into their careers.

Enterprise sellers can make this, but it's not consistent year after year.

We have a marketing business. Owning your own business can definitely get you there.

At my former company, you were way up the food chain if you were making $300K.

Watch a clip from a podcast last week and the “expert” was saying most millionaires make their money in real estate and almost all billionaires make their money being entrepreneurs. Get your first business established, then hire someone to replace you. Then buy your next company, and repeat. By your 5th business, you’ll be making serious money.

$300k+ is typically achievable with tenure and seniority. I am at a F300 company. I am at 100k with 1 year at the company. My Manager is at 160 with 3 years at the company, my VP is likely at 250-300k with around 8 years with the company.
