They lost by multiple scores to another conference champ. Can't put them in over them. And there are three other undefeated conference champs.

The SEC has truly been the the best of the best conference wise in football for a long time but no doubt this year the conference was severely down and it can be backed up from the OOC matchups.
That isn't to say Alabama/Georgia and other teams in the SEC aren't good but the conference argument isn't good this year for the SEC overall in my opinion
Do I think FSU is sincerely top 4 in quality at this point? I do not but what's the point of playing the games if you're gonna leave a 13-0 team out the playoffs. The playoffs had to be expanded at some point but its just going to be messy this year until it happens

The playoff bull shite is destroying college football. If the committee leaves out Florida State or Texas for Alabama they are destroying the college game.

CBS Sports.com has nine people, including Jerry Palm projecting the four seeds. 8 of the 9 project the field to be Michigan, Washington, Florida St., and Texas. One guy(not Palm) has Alabama instead of Texas. Everyone has either Michigan or Washington as a one or two seed and Texas, Florida St. or Alabama as three or four seeds.

We'd be even more salty if we were undefeated and people were trying to say we shouldn't get in because of an injury
