but I do prefer a slightly heavier buffer.

I bought over 5k of parts a few years ago, got BCGs and buffers all over the place. This one would make a good beater, just a range gun to shoot a lot.

I prefer anderson rf85 rifles. Simplicity, light weight, and stone axe reliability is what I prefer.

If I drop 5k on ar15 rifles, I would have 5 fully functioning rifles, minus optics

Seems like it's not if my wife and daughter are asked. They were out the house right after coffee and a bite to eat and have been gone for hours now with no return in sight.

As for me, I'm enjoying the peace and quiet and some Friday college football to boot. Even have a bit of that Bloody Mary mix I was partaking in yesterday. Win/Win.

I have three. With a bunch of parts remaining. One is a 308 though.

Kept changing and tinkering.

Having this discussion on the OB. Probably a better place for it than here.

It’s definitely alive and well in Huntsville, AL! That’s for damn sure. Everywhere we’ve gone today has been packed.

cabbage patch dolls were followed by Tickle Me Elmo. They were must have toys for a lot of the middle class. (One daughter we know received eight different cabbage patch dolls).

Does anybody stand in line of video games?

These days, I browse through SlickDeals and call it a day.

Hone Depot has a good deal on a DeWalt Drill and Oscillating Tool, 20v battery, charger, and bag. $120 instead of $315 (list price).

Also got a new surge protector.

One of the best deals I've found is on Coleman battery powered fans from Walmart. They're great for camping or power outages.

My wife (no pics) and I go hit a few stores with some of her family, we’re not rabid up at 5a crap, just get out and about. Only thing I found worth having today was a new pair of boots.

There are no "deals". They just markup the prices and then "slash" them with the price stabilizing at the original MSRP.

Black Friday deals are not about the door busters or even the shite you see in their ad, those are for the poor and insane.

So in your world, the retailers are trying to get the poor and insane to the store and hiding the good deals the rich and sane want?
