Enjoying being healthy and pain free. And avoid breaking bones, tearing ligaments and tendons, etc.

Enjoy being able to get a rock hard boner and banging young willing sloppy wet patooty daily .... and women are in their sexual peaks in their 30s. Take full advantage of it five times a day.

Keep your arse clean ... use baby wipes, you'll get more and better blowjobs. I learned that early from my first wife, the nurse. Keep digging, there's always more.

I miss being able to just walk out the door and start running ... for miles. And biking and back packing. I still do it some but I can't go as far and I don't recover as quickly.

I miss being able to get out of the bed and put my pants on without having to lean on the bed post.

I miss being able to tell a beautiful woman how beautiful she is without her thinking I'm a dirty old man ... in actuality I simply appreciate beautiful women.

I miss being able to throw a football or baseball with my grandkids without feeling like I'll have to have rotator cuff surgery again.

I miss being able to eat or drink anything I want.

But what I miss most about when I was young .... was time spent with my Dad. I miss throwing the ball with him and fishing with him and asking him for advice. I simply miss knowing he was there ... cherish every minute.

Why is it that boner pills have to also cause back pain?

I mean I have both without a pill, but it’s like rubbing salt in a wound.

Another one is not having any real responsibilities. Don't die, and don't kill anyone else. Not really having to give a shite about your girlfriend's bullshite because she's expendable, unless of course you think she's the one. Same with jobs. Overall less life-stress.

My life is far more enjoyable now, at 61, than when I was younger. And that is in spite of having some arthritis pain in my big toe and neck. I loved life when I was young, too. It’s been a great ride all the way.

If you want advice, I’d say…

1. Focus on people. Carefully build great relationships, especially with your spouse and children. And don’t let friends slip away.
2. Take chances. Life will be by you very quickly. Don’t be afraid of failing. Plan to have the life you want. Take the risk to get it. Then execute the plan.
3. Mind your health, especially your weight and respiratory system. These can sap you of energy once past middle age.

Not really having limitations due to your fitness or comfort level.

Now, there’s just so much that bothers me that I wouldn’t blink an eye at doing when I was in my 20s. Little stupid things that you look back on in amazement that it didn’t bother you.

For example, sleeping on the floor with a blanket and a pillow or sitting in the back of a packed car for a road trip. I could never fall asleep or stay asleep if I was on the floor now. And if I had to pack into a car for a trip, I would drive myself or not go.

Being strong as a mule
No responsibility
Having my grand parents / parents around I would give damn near anything for more time with them.

I've wondered about that.

I see divorced people in their 40's that get remarried.
I always thought "Do you really fall head over heels, butterflies etc. at 40 with a woman that has already been married & had kids etc" ?
Always thought that at that point they are just looking for a friend/mate that is a decent fit.

Seems like it would be unlikely to have that magical feeling at that age.
