Question for you Old Heads. What do you miss the most about being young ?

I try to learn life lessons from Elders.

Just wondering what things I should be appreciating more, doing more, while I'm young and able.

Thing I miss the most is not hurting all all of the time. Knees, shoulders etc. Age 56
Be smart with how you use your body because it doesn't recover like it did in your teens and 20's.

Optimism.
The future seems unlimited. I'm not unhappy with my lot but I miss that feeling. Like everything is there just waiting to be seized.

Being able to sleep a whole day away.

Eating whatever you want and not getting fat. And if you do start to put on weight, you can drop it in a week.

Try living in the moment more and not saying, “I’ll do that next year.” Listen more and talk less. Pay attention to your parents and/or successful people.
