The company name is a few posts up and was very easily found if you just googled the accusers name from the WDSU interview FWIW
Edit: not advocating for anyone to do anything, just saying it took 5 seconds to find if you really care that much

Here is what I find funny about this. Every time something like this happens, people come out of the woodwork and say "well I know the chief and he told me this." Then, the facts come out and the don't match at all anything that the chief supposedly said. That's because said person doesn't actually know the chief, but he knows the chief's father's brother's nephew's sister's former roommate.
The first indication that something weird was going on here was the original reporting of "placed in a police car" and not "arrested". That means there was some doubt on the scene if MT was actually arrested. If MT threw a brick at a window, there would be no doubt.
This construction guy seems like a moron. Running his mouth to channel 6 was probably not a wise thing to do since his take and reality don't exactly match here.
