CMM is definitely improving our talent base. He'll get 4 years to build LSUMBB back into a top 4 SEC team.

I agree. I feel like for the most part these people don't know or understand basketball, and are mostly just fair weather fans when the team has success. Most LSU fans are fans of football and baseball, and basketball is no where near as important as either.
These people regurgitated the same talking points for months and months without any analysis. Anytime you would argue to try to get them to explain their point of view it was met with Wade cocksucking, Woody bashing, and McMahon hatred.
Everyone on here saying our program wouldn't receive any punishment, and Wade wouldn't receive a show cause: news flash, our program has lost scholarships and recruiting opportunies, AND Wade received a show cause.

I know right. People kept bringing up numbers to support the idea that we had good teams and good offenses under Wade. The analysis of tigerdroppings saying that he didn’t know how to coach was clearly right.
He also didn’t win anything other than a SEC Championship here so he really sucked.

However, I would argue WW supporters were the same guys around for Johnny, Trent, Brady and for some of us Dale.
Wade seems to get brought up more on this board by the posters that historically rarely discuss basketball, but feel an onus to jump into any thread that mentions Wade.
When you see guys like TPK, chinhojones, etc., you know they're not basketball fans.

Its the complete opposite.
The people that love basketball and loved watching winning basketball were Wade fans.
He made basketball here exciting again and had the program on a great trajectory.
Just thinking about Wade’s presser after the ULL nit game brings goosebumps.
Mcmonotone just doesn’t have the juice like that, I hope he succeeds nonetheless because I love watching quality basketball.

Winning or being at the top of the SEC competing with UK and others is not nothing you moron. It only has happened a few times at LSU. Secondly, having your AD suspending you twice while you entered the tourney is not on you for losing or only winning 1 game.
Wade got Alleva fired which was a good thing.

I figured it was pretty clear that I was being sarcastic. I quoted the guy that says the wins and analytics suggesting Wade could coach wasn’t “analysis” to back up the idea that he knew what he was doing.
