Worst episode by far. I could probably math it out but Reacher probably has the least amount of screen time.
Getting tired of the “did I ever tell you how smart you are Neagley” and “not enough” exchanges.

You can’t jaywalk in New York without running into a cop, these dudes went on a high speed chase for miles firing machine guns out the windows and not a soul in sight

It’s the “Me, too” mindset. The topless/nude issues could be fixed if it were equal. Treat actors truly equal, no oversexualization of the nudity, and show the body equally. I am tired of seeing men’s asses all the time.
I realize they didn’t show Reacher’s arse but he was topless. Do the same to her.

Downside of staggering the episode releases is that every episode has to deliver. I agree with everyone saying this episode doesn't move the needle.

Sorry Apple but I think ur f’d in the head. Episode 6 was fantastic. Fast paced and it explained a lot about who is the real bad guy. Sad when the NY cop died too. Loved it. By the way Apple did you used to watch 24 and what did you think of it?

To preface, 1. I like this show and 2. It’s dumb as hell.
The problem im having is that season 1 was super dumb but awesome whereas season 2 is also dumb but… not awesome. I think maybe it’s because season 1 had a slight tongue-in-cheek element to it - like, yeah, we dropped Thad the uber military bro into the worst drawn caricature of a corrupt small Georgia town but just shut up and enjoy. By comparison, season 2 is trying to be more than what the series is; they’re trying to be modern day Mission Impossible when they already had the right formula last season.

This season is awful. As has been stated, handguns against automatic rifles doesn’t cut it. Don’t even mention ex military racking the slide for dramatic effect. Wait, y’all running around without one in the chamber?

Penultimate episode out.
Some real Reacher being Reacher moments in there. Russo was avenged (in part). Definitely set up for the finale.

Episode 6 seems like the low point. This episode was much better to me. Hopefully setting up for a good finale. Pulling for it because I like this show.

It doesn't hit me that way. The usual tone of the show and Reacher's dialogue about having more people to kill is in keeping with the "having a little fun" lightness that went with the killer action scenes and sometimes serious bent. Very much like the opening scene of the first episode this season. Sort of like a toned down "Banshee" feel.

He shoots a cop in the head (even if it was a dirty cop) and its no big deal. Combine that with the death of Russo and that city PD would be going apocalyptic looking for the shooters.

Enjoyed the season finale. It was a step down from season 1 but still a fun show.
