All that is meant by "breaking through at the right moment" is that this is the time of the campaign when non-connected voters begin to pay attention. Historically anything prior to labor day is essentially meaningless. I don't think she will continue to rise in support because now other candidates will begin attacking her - whereas until now she has been seen as an afterthought.
