Probably not a good idea generally to sell 30oz drinks that have more caffeine per oz than energy drinks.
She got a large which is about the equivalent to 3 cups of coffee. If she didn’t understand that a large size means more caffeine then the regular then that’s on her.

This is kind of like being allergic to nuts then eating a Snickers and wanting to sue them...
The not so subtle difference is every Snickers ever sold is full of peanuts and you could clearly see them if you bit into a bar. Lemonade while usually filled with an unholy amount of sugar generally does not have caffeine in it.
There are lots of scenarios where the majority of blame would fall on the customer and a lot where the majority of blame would fall on the store/company. One really needs a lot more information in order to apportion blame. How each entity's negligence affects the ultimate outcome of the case depends in large part on the tort laws concerning negligence in the particular state. PA follows a modified 51% comparative negligence rule so if she is found to be less than 51% negligent then her estate can recover the stores percentage of the value of the case.

A cup of coffee has 60-100mg of caffeine. Personal responsibility is a factor here.
Guess it depends, but I think a medium Starbucks coffee is closer to 300mg

Looking for an 8 ball. Where you at?

What if she just walked in and asked for lemonade as her drink and did not know it was "charged lemonade".
In store everything is self serve, so there wouldn't be any confusion. Drive thru is the only way possible and they have been charging more for the charged for the last year (might be in response to this.).

I will be willing to bet she got the Covid jab and that her heart problem is related to that.
She had a congenital heart condition that is rare but still well known

The way they word that sounds like they use caffeinated ice.
Nah. They are just making it clear they are talking about 20 fl oz of drink and drink alone. But most will fill half that volume with ice. So the actuals of filling a 20 oz drink will be less.
They are covering their arse showing worst case scenario.

A reasonable consumer isn’t going to look up ingredients on a website for lemonade.
Someone who is very "vigilant" about what they onsume due to a medical condition, as was stated about the girl, probably would.

Bless her heart. Like she wouldn't check out contents being that prone to issues. Besides, she would have tasted it on the first sip

If she went inside the store and used the self serve dispenser it has exactly how much caffeine is in the drink clearly listed
