No doubt he has talent and at times in his career led a potent offense.

He is certainly frustrated with protection and receivers, but he isn’t doing himself any favors in the locker room.

I can’t stand the game plan, but at this point I am sorry to say I was wrong for thinking Carr would be an answer. Hope I am proven wrong.

Agree. Makes me think back to last season when he was crying at press conferences because they were trying so hard and losing.
He has something going on in his head. The talent may have passed him by but I am surprised he is not tearing up defenses with his brain. Thought we would get that out of him. The long ball is not in the arsenal anymore from what my eyes tell me.

He’s been getting ripped by the national media for his tantrums. Basically saying he’s a poor leader.

He has no room to criticize anyone. His play has been horrible.

There's a reason the Raiders told him to hit the bricks before last season was even over.

Carr is a great person, just a mediocre QB.

To be fair I don't think he's been criticizing execution or lack thereof, he's been criticizing the mental side like running the wrong routes and simply quitting on routes. We learned in high school if you're going to make a mistake you better make it at 100% effort, and that's what he's seeming to get angered at the most is lack of effort. The theatrics aren't great to see when it's coming from an underperforming QB, but effort does need to be accounted for.

***Edit after watching All22 breakdown. Effort accountability still stands, butttt Carr definitely needs to check his own attitude & mannerisms. Sure there are some possible wrong routes ran, but there are also plenty missed reads on his part where the WRs were open for potential big plays.

At this point, I don't know if Carr knows if WRs are running the wrong routes. I trust Thomas and Olave more than Carr.

Yeah, so they wouldn't get stuck with an injury guarantee.

There are enough reasons to shite on Carr. We don't need to make up more.

If they not running the wrong routes, PC is the worst o coordinater I’ve seen. How many times have you seen two receivers in the same area this year? It’s happened numerous times this year. I’d hope he capable of designing better plays.

Definitely starting to look like he is the problem more often than others. I believe what Thomas said to be true. He is in over his head right now and I don't know if he is fixable. We will cost us more games than he wins at this rate.

This has been happening on multiple plays every damn game. Carr just don't have any options to throw the ball down field so that's why we see so many check downs to the RBs.

When you have a head coach like DA this kind of stuff is allowed. DA isn’t a leader. He has no business being an NFL head coach. Great DC but terrible HC.

Same. He looks like a QB who is mentally rattled

Have seen nothing so far this year that says he is taking command, making adjustments and holding the staff and players accountable. All marks of a leader.

After reading the thread and watching the QB School breakdown game film of a few plays, Carr is just as much at fault as PC.

it's pretty clear to see that Olave has been giving shite effort.

Thomas and Kamara, along with some others have been pretty critical of others without naming names, it seems like they are talking to Olave

He needs to find another line of work because he ducks at football. If he had any ability it would have shown up by now. He failed with the Raiders and he is failing with the Saints. He will slide down to a back up who gets signed every year by a different team until no team wants him.

I’m not defending Carr’s actions, but do you have a link that it is creating a locker room issue? Kamara mentioned Carr last week when talking about people putting in the work. I haven’t seen anything about a locker room issue (other than Olave not finishing routes).
