Biblical prophecy and the war in Israel

First, off I know some of you don't believe the Bible at all, if that's you, then please just disregard this topic.
I've been doing some reading and see some theories that this is possibly the beginning of the war described in Psalm 83 which would then lead to Israel destroying the enemy and a period of peace until the theorized Russian/Iranian invasion described in Ezekiel 38.
The current event doesn't seem to fit Ezekiel 38 since Israel is described to be a land of peace and safety there.
I am not a Bible scholar by any means so just interested in some different viewpoints of where this current war stands in your theories.

I hope this is the beginning of the end because this world is so pathetic right now with all the stuff that is going on. Gods wrath is coming soon and I'm ready. As far as bible prophecy, I have heard from those who know way more scripture than I do that this event happening today is biblical. The bad part is that all of the participants have the capability to send Nukes. I'm good with my God. Whatever happens, happens.

That's been pretty true for nearly any kind of world event for quite some time. Loose, ham-fisted interpretation can lead you in any direction if you so choose.

This is definitely not Ezekiel 38. Israel will have to believe they are safe and secure, and that coalition will be led by Russia,Iran and Turkey. Some prophecy folks think this may be the beginning of Psalm 83, but Saudi Arabia would have to be involved as a belligerent, and based on current regional politics I don't see that happening. Amir Tsarfiti whom I've been following closely on Telegram believes Psalm 83 was fulfilled when Israel defeated her enemies shortly after her founding in 1948.

This could be it honestly. I'm not sure how much longer he's going to allow morality to decline. We already can't decide to only have 2 genders. Not sure how much further it can go on.

The idea that if Israel falls (they will eventually all nations do at some point) then the rest of the world will be destroyed by God is laughable. You have to be the lowest of low IQ to think that way.

Biblical Israel/ Judaism died with the destruction of the temple in 70AD.
"you" probably represents current christemdom or more specifically Rome/ Roman Catholic Church.

Maybe they were just talking about the events going on during their time and the events that followed. Jews have ruled, not ruled, been kicked out, taken over, all throughout history. Who’s to say those verses and the Bible is talking about what’s currently going on? Plus, this is all Old Testament stuff. Why would God fulfill his Christian promises through another religion?

Part of me wonders if it actually is Ezekiel 38 in that it's pretty evident that Iran was involved behind the scenes, so it's possible that others such as Russia were too.
And Israel apparently did believe they were somewhat secure as this attack seemed to stun them.
Or it's possible that this was the action that spurs Israel into an intense years long crusade against their Islamic enemies which leads to the Psalm 83 war which eliminates a ton of Islamic fighters and leads to a more Eurocentric peace solution in the form of the Antichrist and then one world government.
Israel would then feel secure and have control of the Temple mount.
