Aren't you supposed to floss before brushing to get all the nasty stuff out then brush it away?

Floss
Brush
Mouthwash

Put Listerine in waterpik
Use waterpik
Take shower
Brush teeth

Had an oral hygienist tell me that there should be 15-30 minutes between mouthwash and brushing or eating to allow it to do its job. I took that and ran with it.

You are supposed to brush last. When you brush, you give your teeth a fluoride treatment. Washing afterward reduces its effectiveness.

I only brush. Mouthwash I’ll use before going and I don’t floss.

Although I use MW last, it may make sense to use MW prior to bushes, it would loosen gunk on your teeth prior to brushing, similar to wetting your car and adding soap prior to bushing.
