I guess it’s lighthearted?

I mean, that’s how people get killed on the road: dumbasses seeing how fast they can go.

And he would’ve stayed at 155 if the cops hadn’t been pursuing. Public safety risk.

Sounds like he's just being honest.

At that speed he would have easily killed any person, whether it's from rear-ending someone or getting in a head-on collision. The g-force from that fast of a speed would literally shake-up and displace your internal organs a like a can of soup.

So, she chased him?

If it isn’t safe for him to drive that bitchin Camara at 155mph, chasing him at 165mph is logical?

Also, she is fat.

Who doesn't? Just find a safe isolated area.

That’s a dangerous place to be going that fast. Bring the hammer down on this fool.

I completely understand this guys thought process. I have always just wanted to floor it and not let up to see how fast I could go, but I’ve never let my intrusive thoughts win, yet

Someone here may recall better than me, but I think former Hot Rod magazine editor David Frieburger went 200 on the Continental tire test track in Uvalde, TX a number of years ago in a stock ZL 1 Camaro.

Despite the redneck aura, GM makes some pretty fast gear.

Why despite? Redneckers were the original moonshiners, running from Johnny lawman
