The season finale premieres tonight (10/3) at 8:00pm God's time.

Does Baylan die?

Does that sexy beast of his apprentice die?

Does anyone die?

Discuss!

-Ahsoka dies and joins Anakin in the WbW

-Thrawn gets off the planet and brings the "cargo" to Exegol with the 3 Nightmothers to resurrect Palpatine

-Ezra dies (he's said he can't wait to go home wayyyyy too many times)

-Sabine goes and finds Luke to complete her training with Jacen.

Season 1 rating:

6.5 out of 10. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be, since Star Wars had been ruined by Kennedy. I watched the rebels cartoon in HS and enjoyed it that it was a continuation of sorts.

There were good parts, but awfully drawn out. Not all decisions were good ones, but overall it was pretty decent.

They really should have delved more into Baylan and by extension, Shin.

A whole episode could have been devoted to Thrawn's origins. Maybe they will do that in Season 2.

Baylan lives…I wonder how they plan on handling that. Aggravated that they just dropped that storyline for another season/movie, especially since the actor passed away.

Once again another character goes from no talent to displaying impressive force powers.

You definitely have to have watched Clone Wars to fully understand the later parts of this episode.

Overall I enjoyed the finale. I just wish there were more because it feels like there is so much left to be told. Felt a bit rushed.

I really enjoyed the tie in of the Father/Son/Daughter.

Seeing Anakin in force ghost form was cool, too.

Just realized the symbol drawn under the Chimaera is in fact a Chimaera and not the symbolism used in the Thrawn origin books.

I'm not mad at the finale, turned out pretty damn good, especially knowing there would be a season 2. Not perfect but lots of action with a decent amount of new content between Thrawn and Ahsoka.

Morgan got fricked to be honest but her new shadow powers will probably get her another return.

Zombie fricking troopers was fricking awesome and now i want to listen to that Death Troopers Audio Book.

i hate to be THAT guy, but i just don't care for Rosario Dawson in this role. she seems to stiff and slow at times, and really just old looking.
i get ahsoka might be a certain age. but someone who looked more "in their 30s" would have come across better IMO.

When did everyone in the Star Wars universe turn into idiots?

Thrawn went from being an unbeatable antagonist to a tactical idiot.

This is a reflection of the how stupid modern day writers are. The characters can only be as smart as the writers who write them.

This show was a mess.

I was satisfied with the finale. I think it sets up a solid Season 2, where it will probably have 2 storylines going, Ahsoka and Sabine vs Baylan (recast) and Shin, while Ezra and Hera (and others probably tied in) deal with Thrawn and the Nightsisters.

It looked like those were statues of the Father, Son, and Daughter at the end. We also saw the Morai (Daughter) in the finale as well.

This series has reminded me of how much the sequel trilogy missed out on. Imagine an interaction between force ghost Anakin and Luke. They could have explored some of the stuff we’ve seen in Ahsoka.

Instead of Snoke and the return of Palpatine, they could’ve made Thrawn return and be the main villain of the sequel trilogy. You could still incorporate the Rebels crew and Ahsoka into that story but also have the OG trilogy cast. Anakin, Obi Wan and Yoda as force ghosts could’ve been guides for Luke. Ahsoka could help Luke. There’s just so much that they didn’t use for the sequel trilogy that would have made it so much better than what we actually got.

Can someone explain to me what happened with Babylon and his apprentice?

Why did they stay in that galaxy?

Can they get Hayden to train Rosario in sword combat? She’s pretty arse, it looks really awkward for her.

Ezra reunion with Hera’s juicy arse was pretty lame, although I am glad they skipped him hiding on Thrawn’s ship as a trooper. We saw enough of that in Rebels.

Curious how Sabine is getting back, maybe that shrine Baylen was looking at has a way to WBTW or something or a portal? Obviously there’s no way for Hera to do a rescue and the whales only go there to die

Sucks Ray is dead. I liked it overall, even if it did end with some bad saber choreography from Rosario and Sabine

Spoiler alert

The part at the end when Ezra gets off of the shuttle in full Stormtrooper armor was stupid. Any rational person would take the armor off to avoid the whole "we might need to blast this guy" situation. Yes, I know it's a fantasy universe with aliens and starships but at least make an effort to make the character behavior believable. The episode where Sabine finds Ezra was also stupid. Dude has been living with turtle creatures for 10 years When his friend shows up to rescue him he just nonchalantly leans against a post and delivers a calm cool guy one liner. Not realistic behavior at all.

Also I feel like they tried way too hard to make Sabine cool.

I didn’t really enjoy this series because I didn’t watch the children’s cartoons that are a prerequisite and it’s obvious you’re kinda lost if you didn’t.
