He also is on track to finish his career as the most accurate passer in LSU history
Here are his season stat projections through 4 games, including a probable bowl game:
…..CMP...ATT….CMP%…YDS…TD..INT..AVG…RTG
…..293….403….72.7%…4,212…39…7…10.5…189.1
Those stats would rank the following in LSU history for a season:
2nd all time in completions
2nd all time in attempts
2nd all time in completion %
2nd all time in passing yards
2nd all time in TDs
2nd all time in passer rating
2nd all time in passing yards per game
He would also finish his LSU career with a completion percentage of 70.7%, which would be 1st all time. That would top Burrow’s current career record of 68.5%
Daniels would also finish his LSU career with these passing stats:
…..CMP...ATT….CMP%…YDS…TD..INT..AVG…RTG
…..559….791….70.7%…7,125…56…10….9.0…167.2
Those stats would rank the following in LSU history:
4th all time in career completions
6th all time in career attempts
1st all time in career completion %
3rd all time in career passing yards
3rd all time in career passing TDs
2nd all time in career passing yards per game
LSU’s record book doesn’t track career passer rating, but Daniels’s career passer rating of 167.2 would rank as the 3rd best SEASON mark in LSU history. So safe to say his career passing rating is Top 2 in LSU history
Daniels will finish his LSU career as one of the greatest ever if he continues that pace

Statistically...Only
But, keep trying to prove what everyone can see ISN"T TRUE by using stats. Such is life in the age of fantasy football.

this will be the second best LSU offensive season as a whole in our illustrious history.
Enjoy it boys. They are only going to improve as well.

We got it buddy.
Bert Jones and Tommy Hodson’s 50% completion percentage and shitty td to int ratio are clearly the standard. They definitely had a higher winning percentage than JD due to some grit or winning attitude or some shite.
As if JD lacks those things…

How about this STAT: In his first season as a starter he led his team to finish in FIRST PLACE in the Division, just curious what were your opinion on Burrow's first year starting, since STATS don't matter to you?

Stats don’t care about your fond memories of Alan Risher
Posted on 9/24/23 at 10:22 am to SlowFlowPro
Dude is a clown, he runs into every JD thread to literally say the same thing.

Anyone who is clamoring for a QB change hasn’t watched the games. 1st half was pretty meh with a few head scratchers. Then the game improved tremendously

WOW, that's some serious Bama rhetoric right there. Derpty-frickin-Derp.

And the mouth breathers still hate on him for under throwing a ball 6 inches

Not sure what was going on with him the first half, but once he came out in the 2nd half he was money. If he can be more consistent the offense will be outstanding.
I put his first half issues on Denbrock as much as JD. We had about 5 RB carries the 1st half. When your QB is struggling you have to find balance and put in place to build success. The 2nd half Denbrock mixed run/pass well and the offense was clicking. It makes the passing game much more effective and opens routes when you can run and make teams respect the run game.
