Polyethylene Glycol (aka MIRALAX) and it isn't close

ETA: years ago our physician put me on a short-term med that stopped up my digestive tract. I tried prune juice, fiber, mineral oil, a bunch of other stuff that didn't work. Finally called his office, and the nurse told me to get MIRALAX (or generic polyethylene glycol in a similar-looking bottle). It solved the problem right away.

Go to the grocery store, buy a yellow dragon fruit and eat the whole thing.

Then hold on to your butt and don’t go far from a bathroom.
