Not a huge loss, but I quit sugar (mostly), less processed food/no fast food, and started walking.

Drink lotsa water to lessen hunger pangs.

Keto got me from 240 to 175. I’ve maintained around 180 for 3 years now by eating clean (for the most part) after I got off keto.

Went from 197 in March to 180 now. Cut back on carbs, drink a lot of water and started running/walking about 2 times a week and also some stretching and push ups/ sit ups.

Semaglutide. Lost 60# from 250 to 190 two years ago.

Gained back 25 earlier this year. Went back on it for two months and I'm almost back down to where I was. That shite just works for me.

Lost 65 pounds through meal prepping and portion control. Helps eliminate impulse/fast food buying.
