Maybe Bochy was sacrificing a chance at the boot to activate the Astros 10 run curse and have a shot at taking the series. If so I like the strategy.

Btw unless Yainer plays 1st tomorrow and/or Thursday, he's going to be out of the lineup. Framber and JV pitch those 2 so Lump has to catch. And Dusty has already said he doesn't want to play Yordan on this turf so DH is unavailable.
