I'd actually like to see Bama win and go on to win the NC. It would be pretty rare to have back to back to back NC's by a conference and all by different teams.... Has that ever happened?

It's not a matter of me hating Saban. But it may be that Bama has always been a rival in my mind. I remember having a great season during the Cholly Mac years except for losing to bama. This happened on multiple occasions during my early experiences as a tiger fan. So, yes bama for me is a much bigger rival than Florida. I would still pull for Bama though because I think Urban lacks class and is one of the cockiest coaches I have ever seen. But what sells me on pulling for Florida is my recent experience with Bama Fans. They were the most annoying bunch I've ever seen in Tiger stadium. Plus Florida is just plain better.

I live in Bham and finally understand what Auburn fans have tried to explain to me about Bama these past few years. It would be glorious to see the Aubies take the Iron Bowl (not countin on it). Even though I can't openly pull for the Gaytors, I will enjoy a UF skull dragging of Bama in the SECCG and can only hope that USC goes to the Fiesta instead of the Sugar, so I don't have to pull for the Bamatards in their bowl game either.

I see your point, but if you ask any Bama fan about a rivalry they will either say AU or UT. Thats just how it is for the majority. It seems the older fanbase leans toward Auburn and the younger towards TN in my opinion.

I am rooting for Florida, because I think they give us the best shot to beat the winner of the Big 12 in the National Title. However if Alabama does come out and beat Florida, then I will still pull for the SEC in the BCSCG.

My first pick was bama. Just because they haven't been there in a long time and it would look cool to see a third SEC team win the national title and they will be underdogs, but I don't know. Their fans are pretty cocky and hateful too, so actually I wish for a scoreless tie. I hate to admit it but I actually hope that UF loses to FSU and Bama to Auburn. But that's not likely. I know that would hurt the SEC but I don't want either of those incredibly arrogant fan bases to have the joy.

Bama fans are the most nose-picking, mouth-breathing, low-brow, knuckle-dragging, half-witted, jerks in existance. The Bear got where he did by breaking every rule in the book, his legacy is similar to Edwin Edwards, cheat & lie whenever possible. The NCAA and the SEC were so intimidated by that buffoon it was pathetic.
