Would could possibly go wrong handling the situation that way in a county where 83% of the voters voted for Joe Biden, all seven county commissioners are democrats, every single state and federal elected official representing the county is democrat AND they have a Soros backed D.A

So many American citizens are clueless to the fact that they are in a cold civil war with Progressives. They are also clueless to the fact they have lost many battles and are about to lose the war.

Just curious....would having a property management company managing the property pretty much prevent this from happening? It had to have been pretty long between visits for this guy's property to be taken over by squatters to this extent.

Would anyone miss them? If they aren’t reported missing, and no bodies start turning up has any crime been committed as far as anyone else is aware?

My point went over your head. I’m saying if someone pulled a gun on him the person pulling the gun almost definitely has a criminal record and likely unable to own a gun.

Do you honestly think that matters? Pick any random crime story and there's a 99.99% chance it involves a felon with a gun who shouldn't have been able to legally possess it. That law is not enforced very well

Or just don't invest in properties you can't lay eyes on for months at a time.

Andy Bernard has fallen on hard times. I'm sure he has some Cornell buddies to help.

Do you know what squatting means? It wasn’t a home invasion.

Absolutely they should be evicted, but if you would kill unarmed people who were living on property you owned but didn’t occupy, two seconds after telling them to leave, then you need to seek help.

As for the story, things sure are getting interesting in the land formerly known as The Land of the Free.

I have a simple question. Every state, well at least the southern states, have strict trespassing laws on the books. So how does squatting take precedence and usurp the initial act of trespassing? Some smart OT lawyer baw enlighten me please.

Squatting is illegal, but there is something called adverse possession. You can go read about that if you want, but when I read about it and think about the kind of judges and juries we have these days, I get more black pilled than I already was.

Are squatting laws written primarily at the state level or municipal?
