Originally aired on USA according to google.

I watched the 1.5 hour series opener last night and thought it was pretty good.

Is it all down hill from here, or is it worth watching the series?

Not sure why we are having so many suits threads here recently but yes the first few seasons are good and then it just becomes so repetitive

Netflix added the series in June.

I have started binging it, having never watched it when it was on USA.

Never watched it on USA. Started a binge watch on Netflix when it dropped and made it through the first few episodes of season 4. Got really repetitive and the writing tanked around that point.....at least in my view.

If you can get past how frequently people just show up at people homes without calling, texting, or knowing if they are even home, then you will be fine.

Who does that? Especially in NYC where I’m assuming it’s a subway ride or taxi or car service. I don’t think someone has knocked on my door unannounced in 10 years unless the were delivering something.

My other favorite trope is handing someone a sheet of paper with the breakthrough and the other person taking one glance at it and immediately grasping the repercussions.

This show is the king of saying a one liner and walk out of the room. It actually made it fun for me to watch this series.

Mike just fricking sucks. I just hate that dude.

“Hey I need for you to break the law and risk going to jail for 10 years or your fired!” Lol

I think if this show was produced by HBO - it would have been really good.

Every other word is God Damn.. I got used to it.

Overall I love the show. I’m trying to get through the last 2-1/2 seasons but I’m slowly losing interest because it has become even more cheesier than seasons 1-4

There’s a stretch there where for a solid two seasons it’s nothing but shite hitting the fan at every turn.

I never watched it originally but have been binging on Netflix. I'm currently in season 5 and am just trying to push thru to the end.

I have trouble with a lot of the ridiculousness already mentioned in the thread. The flaws in the show are amplified when watching episodes back to back to back because so many of the flaws are repeated each episode.

Only watching one episode a week back in the day, the show was probably pretty good.

Or, like already mentioned, anytime one person hands someone a magic folder.

Its like when I used to watch Criminal Minds and CSI. You are all crime scene investigators and never ever lock their doors when they get home. It drove me insane.

Not every show can be Emmy worthy. Suits is a fun show to watch 1-2 episodes before bed every night. Like 95% of shows, it gets stale toward the end and stumbles to finish line. The ability to read people's minds or predict their strategy before they even say anything, read entire documents in 5 seconds or less, and blackmail their way out of every corner probably makes lawyers and paralegals alike cringe. I found it enjoyable for the most part, toward the end they lose certain cast members and try to fill that void with awful casting choices and you get to a point where you are just watching to see it through to the end.

Like the show & am binging thru season 7 now. But it took me a while to realize who Rachel is real life. THAT was a surprise.

Watched a few episodes right when Netflix got it and forgot about it. Restarted it a few weeks back and binged all 9 season. There's a lot of repitiion all throughout, but a few the "oh snap, they're in for it" episodes are good enough to get thru the series imo.
