I mean, nice pic, I guess. I lived there for 4 years and have lived across the entire southeast. There is a distinct & noticeable difference. Your pic of a homeless camp doesn’t change that.

Oh look trash left after parades and events in Wyoming just like people do in Louisiana.
quote:
Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - After the parade, Casper’s waste disposal team and volunteers took to the route to clean up trash. It’s estimated about half a ton of trash was picked up by the waste disposal department around the parade area.
According to city officials, Parade Day sees more littering than any other day in Casper. Candy, water bottles, and other items are left behind on the streets, sidewalks, and grass near the parade route. To help prevent littering, the city places 30 extra trash bins along the parade route.
Election years have typically had the most litter left behind from candidate pamphlets or other promotional items. Candy and other sticky substances become a nuisance in the summer heat, making sidewalks and roadways sticky. While picking up trash, it can be difficult to get every piece left behind, one concern is those small trash items left behind will fall into storm drains.
“People don’t realize that that flows directly to the river so anything that goes in those grates it can get out and become part of the Platte River and then cause problems for all the water intake downstream,” said Superintendent of Solid Waste Sean Orszulak. Officials are working to encourage people to clean up after themselves before leaving their parade viewing spots.

For their standards, it might be. Comparatively, their “bad” is the best Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama could ever hope for. Go take a drive up I-25 from Pueblo to Fort Collins and let me know what you think.

Any ideas OT'ers?
Yea. Let's just say it. Those other states lack a certain people that we have an abundance of. Everyone here knows what kind of certain people they are. Trashy is a second adjective. I'm thinking of another term.

There’s definitely a cultural difference. Colorado Springs & Austin, culturally speaking, don’t tolerate that shite.

It’s not just people throwing trash out of their windows. How do you lose a whole mattress or a piece of furniture on the interstate & not go back & get it? Why do people think that dumping their old toilet on the side of the road is ok? Why is there debris left on side of the road after an accident? Why does it take months-years for this stuff to get cleaned up?

We are also the dumbest state unfortunately

False. Utah might be the cleanest state I've ever visited.
Grand Junction Colorado was impeccable, I really liked that place. So was Kenai, Alaska.

Video of black female walking across street
Yes, it is what it is- 2 times when i had an unmarked vehicle, at a red light, drivers opens door and drops out a bag full of burger wraps, cups with straws, etc.
Both times , right in front of me. Light turns green, mine turn blue. Both times a b.f.
One of them was 1st parish court Metry.
Judge Hand made them pick up litter
