So will the legs come back and override the veto?
This state and country are just lost.

Grizzly,
There are effectively 19 conservative legislatures. These are the ones who voted against the new budget. There were supposed to be 42 conservative legislators teamed together but 23 of them proved to be whores (were bought off).
Valerie Hodges and Sherman Mack are two strong Conservatives while Buddy Mincy and Clay Schexnayder are RINOS!

They had the votes the first go round, but they also had it for the budget. As stated above, 23 caved on the budget and I expect more to cave on this!
Here is how to fix our government, quit electing POLITICIANS! Most of the ones coming from one office being elected into another are backed by big money donors. They are then pushed to vote certain ways.
Part of the problem is most voters don’t know this nor do they have the time to research it.

gender affirming surgery you bigoted POS
What is that? I mean I know what a POS is but how is gender affirming defined?
Why would one need surgery to affirm a gender? Is gender the same as the sex of an individual? Me is confused!!

Now that he cannot run again we are really starting to see how far left he really is.

The people who put this man in office should be proud of themselves. SMH

There are lots of us pushing for a veto session, Convention of States Action Louisiana. Do you know of other organizations doing this?

The next governor of a true conservative republic needs to investigate JBE and his buddies in Tangipahoa Parish.

I am voting for Valerie Hodges in her run for Senate.

Fixed it for you.
Not that he still wasn’t better than another term of Edwards, but reality is he and/or his hired consultants cared much more about money and much, much less about a winning ground game.
