Live in central Mississippi and it seems the last few days it has just been one storm after the other. Wind, hail, etc. Just nasty storms. Can’t ever remember this in June. April yeah. But June is usually just summertime thunderstorms.

Jet stream is going down lower in the states and then warm moist air from the gulf is interacting with it. Same pattern.

It’s an abnormal setup for June. There has been an upper level low pressure system over the Great Lakes region drifting toward the northeast US that has provided the winds aloft (shear) needed to support severe thunderstorms. Couple that with the very unstable air that we have this time of year and we get lots of severe weather. The low has been stubborn and slow moving. It’s more like a spring time setup.

Normally we have very light winds aloft this time of year, so we get the random pop-up storms that don’t move much.

A huge rock spinning through space at an alarming speed. That coupled with oceans and a huge ball of fire. Just a guess

It’s the gas stoves and all the cows farting. If we could convert to electric powered cows, we will save the planet

Trump and the republicans, Papa Joe and democrats, God because the people of America are evil, global warming, global cooling, etc.

Think of any political agenda and you can insert it in “_______ is causing extreme weather.”

It is simple…

The climate Nazis are grifters.

I wonder if the OP will question what’s causing all the nice weather in the Fall?
