Their prices seem too good to be true. Internet seems mixed on it.

Trustworthy? Returns an easy process? Are the watches used or something? I can't figure it out.

Yes. I've bought a Citizen, Tag and an Omega through them. You can run into issues with repairs though as they're not an authorized dealer (I believe)

They are real watches they just aren't an authorized dealer as others have said. So essentially, you're buying the watch without a warranty. Which, realistically probably isn't going to be an issue.

ETA: I bought a Hamilton from them years ago with no issue at all.

Honestly had a great experience. Watch arrived and seemed normal but then I flew on a plane and condensation appeared inside the crystal. I documented everything and they fixed it no questions asked. Has worked flawlessly for the last 8 years of everyday use.

Authorized dealers (AD) have to buy certain amounts of stock from watch companies, sometimes they have to buy watches that don't sell well in order to get the hot watches. For that and other reasons, they end up with excess inventory. They often sell that inventory "out the back door" into the gray market. All watch companies are aware of it, some are more comfortable with it than others.

The gray market is a HUGE part of the watch business and Joma is one of the big players. For inexpensive to moderately priced watches they are one of the most reliable.

They sell both preowned and new, so be sure to check the listing. It’s legit. I bought a seiko from them years ago, no issue.

And you don't get factory paperwork/cards with them which can decrease the value if ever go to resale
