Sounds like an AD meeting where he makes an ultimatum. If he doesn't buy in, they may have a deal on the table to move him.

Honestly, this is probably nothing but Griffin telling him that he’s never been in trade talks (even if he has been) and that if they get the 2-3 pick it will be for Ingram, not him. Damage control.

On one hand I would think this would be a meeting where Griff is just telling Zion not to worry about the media reports and he's not being traded.
On the other hand, word of this "meeting" was leaked for a reason, I have no clue what that reason is, but it doesn't really make sense that it would be leaked if it is just a "we are not trading you" type of meeting.
ETA: unless this was leaked by someone who doesn't even know what the meeting is about (admin folks or something at the Saints facility).
