Living in Louisiana, I see the tremendous amount of support Softball gets from the travel ball age groups, Sulphur is always rocking, could a Softball League work? Even if it was regionalized to the South and just a few states and TV coverage?

I feel like the demographics of viewership and consumerism would benefit Softball much higher than basketball.

I think folks just like supporting their favorite college with loads of passion.

Softball happens to be a quick, to the point sport that can be kind of entertaining. But take away the college affiliation and if doesn’t have enough juice.

NPF was the biggest brand but collapsed for a variety of reasons. Athlete's Unlimited and the WPF have sprung up in it's place. Interest just doesn't translate to a pro league.

Softball is a different game, and to be honest more diverse. I think it could hold its own over a poor version of a mens game.

Do you mean women or men's slowpitch?

Because both pro leagues exist already and yeah no one really watches.

I think they’d have to make it over the top and really fan friendly/engaging. Make the parks really unique.

Lol, adult softball is a sad existence for ex high-school ballplayers that can't grow up.

Too poor to play a man's game like golf.

It would be so much better than WNBA in my opinion. Especially since Latina chicks and white softball players don't seem to be woke AF.

I would venture a guess that the professional softball leagues out drew the WNBA. Regionally it could work like it does in OKC.

No. People are at little league games because their daughters, granddaughters, and sisters are playing. There aren’t enough to make a pro league.
