The writ amount is only $6,173.12 and I bet you wouldn't have much competition for this estate
You can probably make your money back from the scrap metal

Sheeeit. You’d rather sandpaper a leopards arse than frick with those people, baw.

the Pit Bull bird bath really ties together the front yard aesthetic

If the three trucks are part of the deal, I'm in. You could get $6k just from them (combined, but still).

Damn I just saw Faye Blackwell's house was up for auction next week

You wouldn't lose money on it for sure. What are the neighbors like? Whats the property worth?

Not mentioned: the $3.50 million hazmat remediation.

Pretty much all of Portie Town looks like that. There used to be a midget living near there (I'm assuming that's Our Lady of Lasasellette) who would buy you a case of natty if you gave him a 20.

You could easily make $10+k based on the stuff left on that property. It would be a pain and there's a 50/50 chance the previous owners shoot you, but you could make money.
ETA:
I guess then you'd owe property taxes that would negate the gains until you sell the lot, which I doubt is worth much. Also spend a good bit just on clearing the stuff you can't sell and bulldozing the structures.
Nvm, Im out.

Oh you can probably buy it at sheriff sale, but to occupy and hold it you are going to need an army to fight those rednecks.

That looks like the compound where they caught the deranged serial killer in season 1 of True Detective.

that place looks eerily similar to the pig farm killer's property, Susan Monica

That's El Gaucho's house. Now we know why he stopped posting.
