Recommend pellets for my rec tec bullseye

I am about to need to buy. I bought a bag of their ultimate blend when I bought the pit. Pretty happy with it but looking for additional recs. Haven't really smoked with Apple, cherry etc just mainly been a hickory, Pecan post oak guy in the past.

I like Lumberjack, but you can't find them around Baton Rouge. I've been using the B&B brand from Academy.

Some good suggestions here already.
Traeger actually makes good pellets, but are typically more expensive than other pellets that are just as good. The only real benefit is that you can find the Traeger pellets pretty much everywhere.

I think people make far too much over pellets. I’ve found all the ones I’ve tried have all been about the same.

As long as they are “made from 100% natural, food-grade hardwood” then yes they are all pretty much the same. A lot of them are made at the same facilities but branded differently

I like Myrons peach wood pellets. They dont produce the billowing smoke you pellet guys expect, but the smell of them is amazing.
I use them in a smoke tray in cold smoker.

I usually use Pit Boss competition blend since that's what the Tractor Supply near me sells. It works well and seems to hit higher temps than Bear Mountain. The Bear Mountains never get above 700 degrees on mine. I picked up a bag of Kingsford at Sam's last week and the chickens I smoked with them tasted great. IDK how they do when grilling, though.

I've had a bullseye for a couple of years. About a year a go, I switched to using charcoal pellets instead of hardwood. I've found that everything I cook on it tastes better than using hardwood. Also, the pellets last longer because they burn a little hotter. They keep their form in both the hopper and storage better (don't degrade to dust) and there is little to no dust in fire cup making clean up easier. Royal Oak and kingsford both make them.
