I always liked the way they introduced Pablo Escobar in Blow. He wasn’t the villain of that film per se, but he was the gangster villain of the known world at one point.

I'll never get tired of the arrival scenes in ID4 when it starts dawning on you how friggin massive those ships are. They still give me goosebumps.
