Toy Story 3 had a perfect ending

Watching the movie last night with my two year old, it pissed me off that they made a 4th one with Forky. The ending was perfect, Andy got to play with all the toys one last time and then leave them in a good home with Bonnie as he went off to college. That was the perfect place to end it but they couldn’t help themselves and made 4 which was dumb as hell.
Oh well, for me it ends after 3. That’s where they should have left it.

Toy Story 4 sucked. It should have never been created. The way they wrapped up 3 couldn't have been more perfect

I didn't even GAF about the incinerator scene in 3, it was the way Andy just gave all his shite away, Woody included and was "Deuces! I'm going to college!" that upset me.

Oh, they DEFINITELY care about your nostalgia...they just don't care about meeting and exceeding your expectations. The entire reason they keep churning out this shite is because they are popular franchises that have huge name recognition and will lure in fans just because they slap the title on it.

There is far too much hate for TS4 in this thread. It's actually really good. The problem is, as mentioned, 3 had such a perfect ending that 4 shouldn't have been made. Or they at least should've made it a spinoff instead of "Toy Story 4."
But the incinerator scene thinking they could legit die, Andy gifting them all to Bonnie, "Thanks, guys," "So long, partner," etc. It was all so perfect.
But 4 was actually a good movie. Yes, the Forky thing is weird. But outside of that it's a good story with Bo being back, and Gabby Gabby being a good villain (with a nice turnout in the end), it's really good IMO.

4 sucks man. They ruined the rest of the toys most of all Buzz turning him back into a moron who can’t think for himself and negating the theme of staying together from 3. It also suffers from the modern movie trope of having no true villain
