That is my favorite. Tastes like grape soda.

I buy the variety pack, I'll make you a deal. I trade you the Sparkling Orange for any other flavor, it is by far my least favorite.
I just got a few "Artic Vibe" flavors, and they are very good.

I let myself have 1 celsius per week. Usually drink them when I'm on the way home from fishing. Sparkling orange and 2 links of Boudin from Kartchners.

Monsters are great but the newer Ghost energy drinks are awesome, especially the Sour Watermelon. 100% addicted, get one every morning from a gas station next to where I drop my kids off in the morning

I know it says zero sugar, but just looking at that can makes my teeth hurt

I like to drink the Hi-Ball energy seltzers when I can get them. We also drink a lot of the Guayaki Yerba Matte (the popularity of this drink has gone nuts lately in the action sports arena as well as among college kids).
I've been on the Gatorade Fast Twitch as well, because it's pretty minimal on the extra shite. I just wish they'd get rid of the food coloring.

Curious on the thoughts about Ghost.
Based on the label, they seem fairly “clean” outside of some preservatives.
Surely no worse than most food we eat.

Are there any actual good studies on preservatives and why they are "bad"?

I like Ghost and C4. I wish it had the old school C4 pre workout. I just bought an 8 pack of Update based on a Ben Greensfield recommendation. I’ll see how that goes.

For real. I read that sucralose isn’t actually all that bad either in small daily doses.
Energy drinks get a bad rap because people just think it’s Chads chugging Monsters and Red Bulls.

Annoying intro on that video.
There are unanswered questions, dots unconnected. That does not mean that the study is unsupportive of the headline.
That guy in the video wants to try to fit the study into his fitness subculture framework, so he's unsatisfied with the unanswered questions.
The way I look at it, high levels of erythritol in the blood, however they got there, are not good for the cardiovascular system. I'm not worried about a major cardiovascular event. My perspective is more about thriving than surviving. I want my cardiovascular system functioning at a high level, and it seems intake of erythritol will obstruct that. Even if that's a happening at a very minor level, it's not something I want, and I definitely don't want to pay for it.
There are other energy drinks I like better. RIOT is one I've been seeing around more and more that I like. The questionable ingredient on that one is the mysterious catchall "natural flavors". But it's organic, so I'm guessing they're not using anything too bad.

I don’t think this would be considered a ‘clean’ product. I’m not drinking anything that with anything bolded below.
