So Bojangles has re-materialized in this market. I seem to remember them in the early 80's being here but never patronized them.

Are they any good?

They're good if you don't have a Popeye's close by.

Their spicy chicken biscuit is pretty good for breakfast. People rave about their sweet tea as well, but I don’t drink sweet tea so never had it.

Their fried chicken is okay, but nothing special. Popeye’s spicy is way better.

How every OT male is 205 with body fat of 4.5% with the amount of fried chicken y'all consume blows my mind.

They aren’t bad just not as good as the other chicken places. They tried em here in Florida not too long ago and they didn’t do well. Ended up shutting em all down.

Their blueberry biscuits are good. Chicken is OK.

Depends on what you want. They're much more popular here because of their breakfast than their fried chicken.

FL still has Bojangles.
I got hooked on them when I went to NC for college. Their seasoned fries are the best and sweet tea is always good although I dont drink it any more.

Cajun filet biscuit with fries is my go to. You might have to wait for fries at bfast time but better than Bo-tato rounds.

I must’ve misread the article I saw then. We had quite a few open up here in central FL around 8-10years ago but they all shut down, at least the ones where I live did.

Had it in NC and I remember it being good, but inconsistent. The biscuits would either be moist or super dry, with no in-between.

There is no reason fried chicken should be so expensive.. I haven't gone to a "fast food" fried chicken in years. Still haven't had the chicken sandwich from Popeyes.

Fried chicken is easy to make it good or to make it bad... If I want fried chicken I go to Winn Dixie about once every 2 months. It's good and reasonably priced...

If you're in the southeast, Publix has very good fried chicken.

Do yourself a huge favor and get one for lunch today. It's every bit of the hype. Imagine a Chick-fil-A sandwich twice the size and instead of soggy breading it tastes like a breast from Popeye's.
